Vintage hand painted portrait cameo. Setting is handcrafted of 14K gold filled rolled wire and was made for this cameo since the original setting was lost years ago. painting seems to be from Russia. Measures 2 1/2x1 1/2 inches. Perfect condition and is worn as a pendant
