Antique 14K white gold cameo brooch pendant with diamond. Piece features a beautiful cameo of a maiden with a rose cut diamond as a necklace. Cameo is connected by eight leaf-like figures, which are then enclosed with filigree design. Young woman's hair features even more details. Her hair is carved into waves as her dress is decorated with three large flowers. Measures approximately 1 1/2 x 1 1/4 inches. Also has a swivel bail, which can be used as a pendant. Includes a working and intact C- clasp. Pendant is in good condition, but has some hairlines on back which are not seen or felt from glancing at front.
