Description
This 1 1/4 inches x 3/4 inch late 1800s cameo is very unique. It has a nice scalloped edge on a 14K solid white gold setting. The cameo is hand carved from Italy and features a genuine diamond placed as an earring for the finely crafted lady on the cameo.
