Antique cameo gold filigree broach. Made during the 1920's Art Deco Era. Is handmade, gold framed and marked "14 Kimmel K" on back. Cameo is made from hand carved shell with old mine diamond (0.08 carats) as a necklace on maiden. The young woman is wearing flowers in her hair and exudes a touch of bronze in her hair and on the lower part of her shoulder. The hand carved filigree design is beautiful, but is missing a few small details. Also has a hidden bail, allowing a chain to be strung as a necklace. Includes a working and intact pin. In good condition, measuring approximately 2 inches long.
